Contracts for Services and Community Services Program Announcements

The 2021 Community Services Program RFP was released on October 23, 2020, and closed on November 20, 2020, 3:00pm.   A list of applicants that successfully submitted an online RFP by the November 20th 3:00pm deadline is posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct .  The 2021 CSP funding recommendations are slated to be presented to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners on March 3, 2021.  After the Board takes final action on the recommendations, the award list will also be posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct.  Applicants will receive an e-mail specific to their respective RFP status following the Board's action.  


It is the policy of Fulton County that the evaluation and award process for County contracts shall be free from both actual and perceived impropriety, and that contacts between potential vendors and County officials, elected officials and staff regarding pending awards of County contracts shall be prohibited.

The ordinance is in effect as of the submittal deadline. The provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to oral communications at any public proceeding, including Pre-Proposal Conferences, oral presentations/interviews before an Evaluation committee, and contract negotiations during any public meeting. Provisions of the ordinance shall terminate at the time that the BOC awards or approves a contract, rejects all proposals or otherwise takes action which ends the solicitation process.

 Fulton County Arts & Culture - Contracts for Services Program


 To Produce Virtual Programs 

 Second Round Deadline: July 31, 2020 

 Fulton County Arts and Culture (FCAC) is pleased to announce the awarding of the first round of COVID-19 Relief Funding to the arts community totaling close to $1 million.  This funding was made possible through the generous support of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, which approved $1.5 million in total funding to the Department of Arts & Culture to create the Virtual Arts Initiative, a competitive award for individual artists and nonprofit arts organizations affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The initiative is designed to provide financial support to sustain the cultural infrastructure of the local economy.  A complete list of those awarded in the first round is attached.

Additionally, FCAC is happy to also announce round two of funding to focus solely on individual artists and creative entrepreneurs. The Small Business Relief Fund for Creative Entrepreneurs to support ongoing efforts to expand artistic services to the community.  Eligible applicants must live or work in Fulton County. Individual artists can request up to $10,000 dollars. Organizations are not eligible for funding.

Applications must be submitted online by July 31, by 11:59 p.m. via WebGrants. Applications or components of the application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
