Contracts for Services (CFS) - Arts and Culture Department Announces
2019 SMALL ARTS PROJECT & INDIVIUAL ARTIST FUNDING OPPORTUNITY

The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) announces the 2019 Contracts for Services Program (CFS) an additional opportunity to apply for funding. Through the CFS program, Small Arts Project and Individual Artists fund, Fulton County-based arts organizations and artists can request funding of $1,500 to $2,500. CFS funding supports the delivery of arts & cultural services throughout Fulton County.
Eligible groups and artists are encouraged to apply for these service contracts which are designed to support activities taking place between June1 through December 31, 2019. Eligible projects or activities must provide access, participation and appreciation of the arts for Fulton County residents and visitors.
CFS PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
- Fiscal agents can only represent non-profit organizations (maximum of 2) per funding cycle.
- Organizations employing a fiscal agent cannot apply for funding directly. Fiscal agents are required to register and submit the application for the sponsored non-profit organization.
- A 1:1 match is not required for applicants in the SAP category.
- Projects funded in previous cycles are not eligible for funding considerations
- Organizations or individual artists currently being considered for funding due to their applications submitted for the October 29, 2018 deadline are not eligible to apply.
The CFS team will conduct one application workshop via Webinar on March 19, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. First time applicants are required to attend the workshop or consult with the FCAC staff prior to submitting an application. THINGS TO REMEMBER
Deadlines for submission of accurate and complete applications and final reports will be strictly enforced. Organizations interested in applying should review the guidelines available at www.fultonarts.org and contact CFS staff early in the planning process to verify eligibility. Staff members are available to assist organizations throughout the application process.
Applications must be submitted in WebGrants by 11:59 p.m on the published deadline date. 2019 Community Services Program Awards
The 2019 CSP RFP was released on September 24, 2018 and closed October 31, 2018. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners (BOC) approved the allocation of $6,033,677 in funding to 82 non-profit agencies at the February 20, 2019 Recess meeting (Agenda item# 19-0137).
