Contracts for Services (CFS) - Arts and Culture Department

The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) Contracts for Services Program (CFS) opportunity to apply for funding for FY2019 was released in August 2018 and closed on October 29, 2018. . Through the CFS program, Fulton County-based arts organizations and artists could request funding of $1,500 to $2,500. CFS funding supports the delivery of arts & cultural services throughout Fulton County.
The CFS team will conduct Community Peer Review meetings to evaluate applications in February 2019. Organizations and artists will be notified about the final recommendations by Springs 2019. 2019 Community Services Program RFP
The 2019 Community Services Program RFP was released on September 24, 2018, and closed on October 31, 2018. The 2019 CSP funding recommendations are slated to be presented to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners on February 6, 2019. After the Board takes final action on the recommendations, the award list will be posted on the Purchasing Bid Page. Applicants will receive an e-mail specific to their respective RFP status. **NO CONTACT DURING PROCUREMENT PROCESS regarding the 2019 CSP RFP**
It is the policy of Fulton County that the evaluation and award process for County contracts shall be free from both actual and perceived impropriety, and that contacts between potential vendors and County officials, elected officials and staff regarding pending awards of County contracts shall be prohibited.
The ordinance is in effect as of the submittal deadline. The provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to oral communications at any public proceeding, including Pre-Proposal Conferences, oral presentations/interviews before an Evaluation committee, and contract negotiations during any public meeting. Provisions of the ordinance shall terminate at the time that the BOC awards or approves a contract, rejects all proposals or otherwise takes action which ends the solicitation process.
