Contracts for Services (CFS) - Arts and Culture Department


The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) 2018 Contracts for Services (CFS) funding cycle launched on October 20, 2017 and closed on December 13, 2017. Application panel review meetings will be held February 2018. Through the CFS program, Fulton County-based arts organizations and artists can request funding from $2,000 up to $75,000. CFS funding supports the delivery of arts & cultural services throughout Fulton County.

Additional funding opportunities will be annouced later in 2018 for the Small Arts Project and Individual artist category. Eligible groups and artists are encouraged to apply for these service contracts which are designed to support activities taking place between January 1 through December 31, 2018. Eligible projects or activities must provide access, participation and appreciation of the arts for Fulton County residents and visitors. Organizations and artists can request funding amounts from $1500 up to $2500 for this category.

During fiscal year 2016, improvements were made to the CFS guidelines that address the core strategies presented in the five- year.  Fulton County Government strategic plan and that simplifies the application process. 2018 CFS funding categories include, Operational Support Funds (OSF), Project Support Funds (PSF), Arts Services Funds (ASF), Emerging Arts Funds (EAF), and Small Arts Project Funds (SAPF) for organizations and individual artists. Community Services Program (CSP) - Department of Community Development

 2018 Community Services Program (CSP)

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the 2018 Community Services Program (CSP) recommendations at the February  21, 2018 Recess meeting (Agenda item# 18-0126).    The  list of 2018 CSP award recipients can be accessed via the Purchasing Department bid page: and the Department of Community Development Website:

Each applicant will receive an official letter via e-mail from the Fulton County Purchasing Department and the Department of Community Development in the upcoming week pertaining to your specific proposal.  Agency requests for individualize RFP score summaries will be received via e-mail and processed during the week of March 26-30, 2018.  Score summary requests should be e-mailed to .
