Contracts for Services and Community Services Program Announcements



The deadline to submit applications is Tuesday, January 19, 2021

Each year, Fulton County invests in non-profit organizations to ensure that Fulton County citizens enjoy a wide array of rich arts experiences. The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) announces funding ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 for Fulton County-based arts, cultural, and community-based non-profit organizations and artist collectives for the 2021 funding cycle.

Eligible applicants are encouraged to apply for these service contracts which are designed to support arts programming taking place between January 1 through December 31, 2021, that addresses the Fulton County Arts & Culture program mission to provide access, participation, and appreciation of the arts for all Fulton County residents.

The Contracts for Services (CFS) Program provides unrestricted general operating and project support to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, arts & culture organizations, cultural institutions, colleges, and universities, as well as units of government that produce or present ongoing arts programming open to the public. Contractors present programs that reflect the cultural diversity of the County, captures the imagination of adults, families, and youth, invigorate neighborhood growth, support economic development, and provide jobs.

Applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. via WebGrants. Applications or components of the application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

2021 Community Services Program (Update 2/22/2021)

The 2021 Community Services Program RFP was released on October 23, 2020, and closed on November 20, 2020, 3:00pm.   A list of applicants that successfully submitted an online RFP by the November 20th 3:00pm deadline is posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct .  The 2021 CSP funding recommendations are slated to be presented to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners on March 17, 2021.  After the Board takes final action on the recommendations, the award list will be posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct.  Applicants will also receive an e-mail specific to their respective RFP status following the Board's action.  


It is the policy of Fulton County that the evaluation and award process for County contracts shall be free from both actual and perceived impropriety, and that contacts between potential vendors and County officials, elected officials and staff regarding pending awards of County contracts shall be prohibited.

The ordinance is in effect as of the submittal deadline. The provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to oral communications at any public proceeding, including Pre-Proposal Conferences, oral presentations/interviews before an Evaluation committee, and contract negotiations during any public meeting. Provisions of the ordinance shall terminate at the time that the BOC awards or approves a contract, rejects all proposals or otherwise takes action which ends the solicitation process.
