Fulton County Arts & Culture - Contracts for Services Program

The deadline to submit applications is Tuesday, May 24, 2022

The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) announces it’s second project support funding opportunity for awards ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 for Fulton County based arts, cultural and community based non-profit organizations, colleges and universities, schools, and artists for the 2022 funding cycle.

Eligible applicants are encouraged to apply for these service contracts which are designed to support event-based projects between August 1 through December 31, 2022 that addresses the Fulton County Arts & Culture program mission to provide access, participation, and appreciation of the arts for all Fulton County residents.

Legacy Partners , municipalities and those organizations with applications in consideration for funding in the annual Contracts for Services round are not eligible to apply.

This new funding program is designed to support place-making for the 15 culturally, under-resourced cities within Fulton County. The priority districts are 1,2, and 6.  Projects should set the framework for core operational changes that encourage true, integration of arts and culture, and into local strategies for creating vibrant communities that amplify economic development and social engagement.

Projects should inspire a different way of operating and establish sustainable practices and support. At each step of the community evolution, an effort should be made to embed arts and culture as an essential component of its fabric. Projects will be customized by each partnership with full community input based on the needs identified. Eligible applicants include municipalities, non-profits, arts organizations and community-based organizations.

Contact the Department of Arts and Culture to verify eligibility. Staff members are available to assist organizations throughout the application process. Applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. via WebGrants. Applications or components of the application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
