Fulton County Arts & Culture – Contracts for Services Program

Ready, Set, Apply! The 2026 Arts Funding Application Is Open.

Application Deadline: January 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Fulton County Arts & Culture (FCAC) invites artists and nonprofit organizations to apply for the 2026 Arts Funding Season! Each year, Fulton County invests in its creative community—supporting programs that inspire, engage, and enrich the lives of residents across the County.

For the 2026 funding cycle, awards ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 will be available to Fulton County-based nonprofit arts, cultural, and community organizations, as well as individual artists, to support projects taking place January 1–December 31, 2026.

The Contracts for Services (CFS) Program provides general operating and project support to eligible nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, cultural institutions, colleges and universities, and government entities that offer arts programming open to the public. Funded projects should reflect the diversity of Fulton County, fuel creativity and connection, and expand access to arts experiences for all residents.

2025 Community Services Program (CSP)

The 2025 Community Services Program RFP was released on February 4, 2025, and closed on March 10, 2025, 3:00pm. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved funding recommendations on May 21, 2025. The award list is posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/fultoncounty . To view, select “Closed Solicitations”; search for and select the RFP project title “2025 Community Services Program"; select "Award" from left menu; select the file “2025 Community Services Program”.  Applicants received an e-mail specific to their respective RFP status. The Purchasing “No Contact” period has ended.

2024 Veterans Services Program (VSP)

NOTE: Funding was not allocated in the 2025 Fulton County General Fund budget for the Veterans Services Program (VSP).

2024 Veterans Services Program RFP was released on May 31, 2024, and closed on June 28, 2024, 3:00pm. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved funding recommendations on August 21, 2024. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved funding recommendations on May 15, 2024.
