2024 ARPA Summer Youth Job Training Program (SYJTP)
The 2024 ARPA Summer Youth Job Training Program RFP was released on February 28, 2024, and closed on March 29, 2024, 3:00pm. A list of applicants that successfully submitted an online RFP by the deadline is posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/fultoncounty . The 2024 ARPA SYJTP funding recommendations are slated to be presented to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners on May 15, 2024. After the Board takes final action on the recommendations, the award list will also be posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct. To view the tab sheet, select “Closed Solicitations”; search for and select the RFP project title “2024 ARPA SYJTP"; select "Bid Results" from left menu; select the PDF file “24RFP022824C-MH Tab Sheet-2024 ARPA Summer Youth Job Training Program”. Applicants will receive an e-mail specific to their respective RFP status following the Board's action.
**NO CONTACT DURING PROCUREMENT PROCESS regarding the 2024 ARPA SYJTP RFP**
It is the policy of Fulton County that the evaluation and award process for County contracts shall be free from both actual and perceived impropriety, and that contacts between potential vendors and County officials, elected officials and staff regarding pending awards of County contracts shall be prohibited. The ordinance is in effect as of the submittal deadline. The provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to oral communications at any public proceeding, including Pre-Proposal Conferences, oral presentations/interviews before an Evaluation committee, and contract negotiations during any public meeting. Provisions of the ordinance shall terminate at the time that the BOC awards or approves a contract, rejects all proposals or otherwise takes action which ends the solicitation process.

2024 Funding Opportunity Launches November 1, 2023 and Closes on January 18, 2024
Fulton County Arts & Culture (FCAC) is pleased to announce funding opportunities for the 2024 Contracts for Services (CFS) funding cycle. Funding awards ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 are available for Fulton County based artists, non-profit arts, organizations, non-profit cultural institutions, colleges and universities, schools, municipalities, and community based non-profit organizations in the form of essential project support. Each year, Fulton County invests in the arts eco-system including artists, non-profit organizations, arts and culture non-profits, schools, universities and colleges and local municipalities to ensure that Fulton County citizens enjoy a wide array of rich arts experiences. The Contracts for Services (CFS) Program provides unrestricted general operating and project support to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, arts & culture organizations, cultural institutions, colleges, and universities, as well as units of government that produce or present ongoing arts programming for the general public. Award recipients present programs that reflect the cultural diversity of the County, captures the imagination of adults, families, and youth, invigorates neighborhood growth, and supports economic development. Fulton County Arts & Culture will offer a series of virtual workshops as the ultimate companion tool for securing financial support. Details are available on the website at fultonarts.org. |
Contracts for Services Program 2023 Awards
The Fulton County Board of Commissioners allocated $3 million in the County’s 2023 General Fund budget to support non-profits, arts non-profits, individual artists, schools, universities and municipalities. The 2023 Contracts for Services applications and guidelines were released on October 2022, and closed on January 16, 2023. Funding recommendations for 175 artists, organizations, public entities, schools and universities were approved by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners on June 21, 2023.
