2023 Summer Youth Job Training Program (SYJTP) RFP

The 2023 Summer Youth Job Training Program RFP was released on March 17, 2023.

Submission DEADLINE is April 14 , 2023, 3:00 p.m.

 NOTE: Agencies funded through the 2023 Community Services Program (CSP) and 2023 Veterans Services Program (VSP) are NOT eligible to submit an RFP for the Summer Youth Job Training Program funding opportunity.

Agencies applying for 2023 SYJTP funding must utilize the Fulton County WebGrants Online application system. New agencies must register to use the Fulton WebGrants online system. Agencies who have previously registered will use your existing username and password to log in to Fulton County WebGrants to access the 2023 SYJTP RFP.

2023 Community Services Program

The 2023 Community Services Program RFP was released on January 9, 2023, and closed on February 3, 2023, 3:00pm.   A list of applicants that successfully submitted an online RFP by the deadline is posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct .  The 2023 CSP funding recommendations are slated to be presented to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners on April 12, 2023.  After the Board takes final action on the recommendations, the award list will also be posted on the Purchasing Department Bid Page-BidNet Direct.  Applicants will receive an e-mail specific to their respective RFP status following the Board's action.  


It is the policy of Fulton County that the evaluation and award process for County contracts shall be free from both actual and perceived impropriety, and that contacts between potential vendors and County officials, elected officials and staff regarding pending awards of County contracts shall be prohibited.

 Fulton County Arts & Culture - Contracts for Services Program
Process Milestones 
Each year, Fulton County invests in non-profit organizations to ensure that Fulton County citizens enjoy a wide array of rich arts experiences. The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) announces funding ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 for Fulton County-based arts, cultural and community-based non-profit organizations, and artists for the 2023 funding cycle.
Eligible applicants were encouraged to apply for these service contracts designed to support arts programming taking place between January 1 through December 31, 2023, that addresses the Fulton County Arts & Culture program mission to provide access, participation, and appreciation of the arts for all Fulton County residents. The application process closed on January 16.


The Contracts for Services program employs a multi-level decision process for funding recommendations including Staff Review, Community Peer Panel Reviews, the Allocation Committee Review, the Arts Council Review, and ultimate approval by the Board of Commissioners.

Please note that communication to the field about award decisios will be delivered after the Board of Commissioners approve the award recommendations for 2023. The timeline provided is our best estimate of when the award annoucement will be shared with the field. We appreciate your paitience.
