ANNOUNCED THE RELEASE OF THE
2025 Community Services Program (CSP) RFP on February 4, 2025.
Submission DEADLINE is March 7, 2025, 3:00 p.m.
During the January 29th Fulton County Board of Commissioners meeting, the Board approved funding in the County’s 2025 General Fund budget to support the 2025 Community Services Program (CSP). Agencies applying for 2025 CSP funding must utilize the Fulton County WebGrants Online application system. New agencies must register to use the Fulton WebGrants online system. Those who have previously registered will use your existing username and password to log in to Fulton County WebGrants to access the 2025 CCSP RFP.

The CSP RFP and supporting documents can be downloaded from the Fulton County Purchasing Department Bid page–BidNet Direct: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/fultoncounty Note: You will be required to set up a FREE registration with BidNet Direct to access the RFP and utilize other features of the County’s Bid Page. Instructions for BidNet are located under the attachment section of the Funding Opportunity which is accessible from the main menu page of WebGrants.
**NO CONTACT DURING PROCUREMENT PROCESS regarding the 2025 CSP RFP**
It is the policy of Fulton County that the evaluation and award process for County contracts shall be free from both actual and perceived impropriety, and that contacts between potential vendors and County officials, elected officials and staff regarding pending awards of County contracts shall be prohibited. The ordinance is in effect as of the submittal deadline. The provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to oral communications at any public proceeding, including Pre-Proposal Conferences, oral presentations/interviews before an Evaluation committee, and contract negotiations during any public meeting. Provisions of the ordinance shall terminate at the time that the BOC awards or approves a contract, rejects all proposals or otherwise takes action which ends the solicitation process.

Fulton County Arts & Culture - Contracts for Services Program
2025 Arts Funding Application Cycle
Deadline for Submission is January 17, 2025, 11:59 pm
Each year, Fulton County invests in non-profit organizations to ensure that Fulton County citizens enjoy a wide array of rich arts experiences. The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) announces funding ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 for Fulton County-based arts, cultural and community-based non-profit organizations, and artists for the 2025 funding cycle. Eligible applicants are encouraged to apply for these service contracts designed to support arts programming taking place between January 1 through December 31, 2025, that addresses the Fulton County Arts & Culture program mission to provide access, participation, and appreciation of the arts for all Fulton County residents. The Contracts for Services (CFS) Program provides unrestricted general operating and project support to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, arts & culture organizations, cultural institutions, colleges, and universities, as well as units of government that produce or present ongoing arts programming open to the public. Contractors present programs that reflect Fulton County's cultural diversity, and capture the imagination of adults, families, and youth, invigorate neighborhood growth, support economic development, and provides jobs. Guidelines are available at www.fultonarts.org. Contact the Department of Arts and Culture to verify eligibility. Staff members are available to assist organizations throughout the application process. Applications must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. via WebGrants. Applications or components of the application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Legacy Partners 2025
Legacy Partners are organizations that have a long-term public, private partnership with Fulton County. These organizations were originally Board of Commissioner Initiatives. The organizations identified as Legacy Partners include Hammonds House Galleries, Johns Creek Art Center, Chattahoochee Nature Center, Bear Creek Nature Center, and the National Black Arts Festivals. This category is not a part of the Contracts for Services Annual Funding opportunity. No other organizations are eligible to submit an application using the current portal access.
